The focus of the Performance Contract is primarily on preventive maintenance actions. These include, among other things, the Fingerprint, providing a diagnosis of the condition of mechanical components.

The Full-Service Contract is very comprehensive and represents an extra high degree of production reliability. You receive the service parts needed for necessary repairs. In an emergency, you can also use the RemoteExperts Assistance Call button. This makes the full EMAG expertise available to you at the touch of a button. The Full-Service Contract includes the following services:
