Breaking new ground in production with Electro-Chemical Machining (ECM)
Does it always have to be machining? Breaking new ground in production with Electro-Chemical Machining (ECM)
The machining of demanding workpieces can lead to big problems for production planners. When we say demanding, we mean machining complicated workpiece geometries or materials such as high-strength steels. With conventional production methods, these machining features are often impossible or not economically efficient. With ECM technology, we can offer an innovative alternative designed precisely to meet these challenges: Today’s ECM/PECM machines allow for new machining processes for deburring, drilling, machining and ECM broaching. These systems enable us to machine unique and complex parts from a variety of different industries or applications economically, flawlessly and with high reproducibility.
