Automation Solutions
Link-up by robot cell
EMAG links up machines using various robot solutions. Parts are fed via belts, palletizers, drawers or bin picking, from which the robot picks and places the components.
Bin picking
A 6-axis robot uses camera technology and algorithms to remove raw-parts directly from bulk containers. It recognizes and grips the disordered components with precision, feeds them into machining and can integrate additional processes. It then places the finished components in a structured manner or guides them to the next station.
