The EMAG Group processes personal data in accordance with legal requirements. The EMAG Group uses your personal data for general purposes in order to answer your inquiries. You may obtain detailed information about data protection from the data protection officer of the EMAG Group. The EMAG Group also wants to assist you with your job search. Of course, your information will be handled confidentially. The transmitted or submitted data will be processed and used solely for the purpose of selecting candidates for vacant positions.
As a rule, the information necessary to complete our hiring process is collected on the EMAG Group's career site. When you apply for a position at one of the Group's companies, you will be asked to provide certain personal information (i.e., name, address, e-mail address). In order for us to complete our application process, you must also provide a resume.
Please note that your data are not stored anonymously. Human Resources and the unit seeking to fill the position will have access to this information.
This website does not use permanent cookies.
We save all Internet protocol addresses (IP addresses) in our log files in accordance with legal requirements. They are saved only for the limited period of time needed for technical and security purposes. We collect anonymous statistics about the number of people who visit our website (traffic). But we do not develop individual user profiles and do not combine this information with data that can be attributed to any particular individual. We then delete this information.
By submitting your application, you are affirming that all data and information provided by you are accurate. Please note that any inaccurate information or omission shall serve as grounds to reject your application or to terminate your employment at a later point in time.

The data collected by the EMAG Group are used exclusively for internal purposes and are provided only to those individuals who are involved in the specific hiring process. Personal data are shared only for hiring-related purposes with areas that carry out such responsibilities as operating our servers or providing certain services as part of the application processing conducted in accordance with data protection regulations. Contractual terms and data protection policies require these areas to process personal data in a manner that complies with data protection rules.
Your information will be handled in a confidential manner and shared only with the subsidiaries involved in processing your specific application.
You may ask us at any time to delete the application materials provided to the EMAG Group from our systems. Please note that, for legal reasons, data may not be deleted during the application process or for a period of approximately three months after the completion of an application process.
Our data are protected with the help of methods that comply with current data protection regulations and reflect the present state of technology (including firewalls, virus scanners and intrusion detection software). Nonetheless, we urge you to create backup copies of files and documents that are important to you.
